Sitting in the Cemetery

lyrics

Sitting in the cemetery
I've been here all day
Nowhere else I want to go
So I may as well stay
In the grass among my friends
Waiting for the world end

Drowning in a sea of swallows
I think it's going to rain
Flowers floating down my throat
And blooming in my brain
Yes I've been here all alone
Trying to carve my name in stone
I'd rather be dead
I'd rather be dead

Sitting in the cemetery
Composing epitaphs
I would love to show you
But I'm sure that you would laugh
And when our conversations cease
You know I'll never rest in peace

Drowning in a sea of swallows
I think it's going to rain
Flowers floating down my throat
And blooming in my brain
Yes I've been here all alone
Trying to carve my name in stone
I'd rather be in bed
I'd rather be in bed
